Frequently Asked Questions

The moment you submit your order, we start working to get it to you as quickly as possible. As you know unlike any other E-commerce Ready Made Store, we are customising the Products with the Design you provide us.  So Even if you cancel the order the item will be waste. So to avoid waste of items and for a better environment we don’t have a option to cancel or change, ones it is confirmed.

Depending on your product and pin code, we deliver between 3 to 15 days. Phone cases are Usually Delivered within 4-7 Business Days. Before you pay for your order, you will come to know the estimated date of delivery. Our courier partners include: Delhivery, blue dart  and Speed Post

Order status and tracking is available from your Order History:

  1. Click on My Account. (If you are not signed in already, you will be prompted to do so.)
  2. Click on View Order History in the “Account Tools” section.

Getting your order to you in the time we promised is our priority.

If it’s past the deliver by date and you have not received it, please contact us right away and we’ll do our very best to make it right.

  • We will send you a Raveo Order Confirmation email which will contain the details of your order. Please review this email and if you see any problems with your order, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
  • Your order details, processing and delivery selections are entered in our production scheduling system. Using this information, the system prioritizes the printing, production and shipping of your order in accordance with your selections. We then select and customize your item(s), package it/them at which time your package is ready for shipping.

Once your order has been printed and is ready for shipping…

    • We arrange for your package to be picked up from our production plant & send you a Raveo Shipping Confirmation email which contains shipping instructions and details about your order.

Please note that there are circumstances where orders may ship early, as the scheduling system and volume of orders may allow your order to be prioritized and printed earlier than requested.

Don’t worry – chances are we shipped some of your items separately. In that specific Cases You will Recieve Different Tracking Id for each items partially shipped.  To see if that’s what happened, review your Order History:
  1. Click on My Account. (If you are not signed in already, you will be prompted to do so.)
  2. Click on View Order History in the “Account Tools” section.
All your orders to date are displayed. The Status column will display Partial Shipped if your order was shipped in separate packages.

As always, if something doesn’t seem right, contact us and we’ll get to the bottom of it.


We’re totally committed to customer satisfaction and want your Raveo experience to be a positive one. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact Customer Support within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date and we’ll do everything we can to ensure that you’re happy with your experience.

If the product is damaged when you receive it, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible.

Please remember to preview your designs carefully prior to placing your order to avoid any disappointment when it arrives.

In the event, you have a charge on your credit card statement from Raveo Store that you do not recognise, please call us immediately.

Raveo Store will Never Ask for your Personal Credentials.

Yes, after you enter your shipping details and proceed with payment options, COD option appears automatically if we offer COD service for your pin-code. In case you do not see this option there, there is no COD delivery for the shipping address given by you- you may accordingly choose to get the product delivered to an alternate pin code with COD facility or pick one of the payment options available.

We understand how important it is to know the status and whereabouts of your order, so we’ve put a tracking link in your shipment confirmation email. You can also track your order from your account:

  1. Click on My Account. (If you are not signed in already, you will be prompted to do so.)
  2. Click on View Order History in the “Account Tools” section.
  3. Click the Track button in the “Actions” column.
  4. You will see your order details on the next page
  5. Below the address, delivery and order total details, you will see delivery details such as Status, Courier and a Tracking Number
  6. On clicking the tracking number, the tracking page for the shipping company will open and display the shipping information for your order

Alternatively, you can track your order using the tracking links below based on the courier information given to you along with the tracking ID.

  1. Delhivery –

If your order status indicates your order has been shipped and the delivery turnaround time you requested has passed without receiving your order, please contact Customer Support.

To apply the promo code to your order:

  • Type the code in the promo code field
  • Click Apply
    • If green text appears, the promo code was successfully applied.
    • If red text appears, the promo code failed. Review the error to determine why.


Note: You cannot enter the promo code on the Payments page. Use your browser’s Back button to return to the Cart to apply your promo code.

Before you submit your order, be sure the final price reflects any promotion you’ve received. If it doesn’t, contact us and we’ll figure it out.
